What's included in the 10,000 credits each month?

Credits power AI features across WiseParts — conversation summaries, WhatsApp auto-replies, quote generation, activity report drafts, and more. 10,000 credits are included with Pro every month and reset on your billing date. If you need more, you can buy packs of 5,000 extra credits at €50 each.

Can I add or remove seats later?

Yes. You can add seats at any time and they're billed pro-rata. You can also reduce seats down to the minimum of 5. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What does the €1,000 one-time onboarding cover?

Onboarding includes data migration from your current tools, connecting your ERP or DMS, training sessions for your team, and setup of your first dashboards. It's a one-time fee paid when your account goes live.

How does the 17% yearly discount work?

Pay yearly instead of monthly and save 17%. That's roughly 2 months free per year. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time — just contact us.
